I have bought properties from Mandy, I can say that she is straight to the point and sets the expectations, I was after a property and she made it happen amazing personality too, I also let my properties from W H Brown, recently Joanne has started working with the company; after speaking with my tenant yesterday I can honestly say my faith has been restored; she truly is another woman that gets things done; previously has so many issues with the management of my company; my advice if you have any issues she the person to speak with..

I begrudge paying anything for the service I have received. if this was in any other service I could refuse to pay, a bad meal for example and yet I do not seem to have any recourse. I have to pay my bill.

I really don't want to give them one star in the review.
I cannot nominate a member of staff because they have all been as bad as each other. The only one who seems determined to redeem herself is Heather who does actually ring but tells me she cannot get in contact with the solicitors they have employed for my buyers? They never ring you back, they have had people in my house on a number of occasions unannounced and have sent people for viewings but never told me they were coming. People coming to view told me it had taken 10 days for the agent to ring them back or arrange a viewing. Watch out for their sales team who will promise the earth but then they can't deliver, they will also talk you through the contract which means you don't get to read the small print and they will talk you into their buyers incentive which will cost you £1000 off your sale, they won't tell you of course, they will cover it up by telling you they have had an offer but it will be £1000 less. They also told me they would sell my house for a particular price then as soon s I got an offer they told me the house was not worth what we put it on the market for following their valuation? I think its important people know about their service. Their solicitors have taken 6 weeks to undertake searches on my property for my buyer! I am still awaiting the sale!!

Dodgiest estate agents ever! Looked at a house to buy which was advertised with these lot. Was told it was a repossession. Phoned to put in an offer a couple of days after the viewing and was told its been sold and therefore no longer on the market. The offer they had was never advertised online or in their store. I was under the impression that all repo's had to advertised legally? Clearly William H Brown make their own rules.
